BRUNO THE BRAVE
Hi my name"s Bruno Im a three year old chocolate colored mini pin mix. I was found outside Southern California Animal Hospital, by the bus stop. I was lying on the curb on Monday May 2 afternoon with 95 degree weather waiting for someone to come to my rescue. Just like in the fairytales my fairy godmother appeared, she was one of the staff members from Southern California Animal Hospital. Even though at first she thought I had already left to doggie heaven, but she was wrong. To her surprise I was alive after being hit by a car. Unfortunately after taking radiographs it turns out that I had a broken hip, Dr. Kumar repaired my hip and to his surprise I was walking the next day after surgery. He called me a miracle, I’m spoiled here at the hospital but, I want a permanent home. I’m good with other dogs & cats, I’m extremely friendly. I love cuddling and I love my “duck” he’s my favorite toy I’m also fully vaccinated please adopt me.
Momma the Gram's with Spunk
My lovely name is "Momma" I’m a seven year old Chihuahua mix, I’m a grandma with spunk. I may be much older but I’m one bag of goodies. I’m not your average Chihuahua mix; I’m quite loving, tender, and caring. I’m very well behave expect when it come to other pets, I’m a little picky on who I like. I’m great with children. I also have a tragic story, I was found outside the animal hospital on June 18, 2011. I was in between the gate to the animal hospital, as if someone tried to force me in but I didn’t fit. When the staff member of SCAH found me I was in horrible conditions. My temperature was so low the thermometer was unable to read it. I was immediately put in oxygen with heating pads. My face had scars, & I also had many lacerations on my abdomen, thorax & hip area. I had radiographs taken after I was feeling a little better. Unfortunately I had a broken hip, and in the worst place ever. Dr. Kumar said i would need a specialist. Thank goodness for Dr.Beeley, one of Dr. Kumar’s friends came in and I had surgery done and a dental for free. Thank you I’m blessed to have them. The one thing I’m waiting for is a permanent home, please come in and adopt me.
